Our sweet girl Sable passed away early this morning at home. We were hoping to make it to her 20th birthday on May 5, but she chose to go to the Rainbow Bridge on her own time.

You guys, LJ finally released a new app for Android! YAY. This means I can stay in touch easier. I'm using it right now as a matter of fact, and it's 100 times better than the old one.

Still some kinks to iron out (like I can't figure out how to delete notifications) but overall a huge improvement!

Also, the tags are awesome!

1. Yesterday my girlfriend and I went into Chicago to have brunch with her cousin. While we were there, we decided to take one of the architectural river cruises. It was nice, but I would suggest skipping it if you're a tourist because the cost -- $40 -- was exorbitant.
